Kara Tesney Stockton, 44 of Smyrna, passed away March 11, 2022. Survivors include mother, Shirley Stockton; brother, Rob Stockton; nephews, Nick, Alec and Jake; aunts, uncles and cousins. She was preceded in death by her father Bob Stockton; grandparents, Hazel and Bonnie Stockton, Nina and Herschel Everett. Funeral Services will be 2pm Wednesday, March 16, 2022 at St. Andrew United Methodist Church, 3455 Canton Road, Marietta, 30066. Burial will be in Kennesaw Memorial Park in Marietta. The family will receive friends from 5 to 7pm Tuesday, March 15, 2022 at the Historic Mayes Ward Dobbins Funeral Home, Marietta. Contributions may be made to the Cobb County Humane Society.
