Lynn Williams Keys of Marietta, GA passed away on April 21, 2022 after a mercifully short battle with cancer. Lynn was born in Marietta, GA on April 4, 1946. From her earliest days, she was independent, irreverent, and lived life on her own terms. She excelled in school and in any hobbies she tried (cake decorating, sewing, crocheting, and puzzle making, to name a few), and was always looking for new interests to challenge herself. Two of the biggest interests and bright spots in her life were her cats, Loki and Luci, but she loved and cared for all kinds of animals, even making special fruit/nut blends for neighborhood wildlife. Those who knew Lynn will never forget her incredible sense of humor, her amazing laugh, her quick wit, or her immense generosity towards those she loved. Lynn was fierce, funny, amazing, and an irreplaceable original. She will be deeply missed. Lynn is survived by her partner of over 40 years, Steve Jones, her daughter, Cathy Balbona, and her son-in-law, George Balbona. Per her wishes, there will be no formal services or burial ceremony, but a celebration of her life will be held at the home of Cathy and George Balbona at a later date to be determined.
