William "Billy Bell" Thomas Bell

William Thomas Bell "Billy Bell" left this world and our lives September 11, 2017 to join our Heavenly Father. Memorial Services will be held 4:00 p.m. Friday in the Chapel of Mayes Ward-Dobbins Funeral Home in Marietta with Rev. Jim Moore officiating. The family will receive friends one hour prior to the service at the funeral home. Born October 11, 1957 in Marietta Georgia. He was a 1976 graduate of Marietta High School. Billy Bell is survived by his wife, Laura Jean Bell; her sons, Juan and Adrienne Coronado, Chris and Flavia Coronado; daughter, Victoria and Kaleb Johanos; his parents, Tommy and Yvonne Bell; sister, Linda Bell Zimmerman And Chris Zimmerman; nephews, Jacob and Justin Zimmerman; and not to forget his most faithful and loyal Blue Healer, Anna Bell. Billy Bell was the happy, loving, oldest child born to Tommy and Yvonne Bell. Both Tommy and Yvonne had to support the family and Billy became the type of son that everyone hopes their child would grow up to be. They could rely on Billy to make sure that laundry and cleaning were done and that his little sister was safe and loved. That little sister was his sibling, his confidante and his best friend. Linda Bell Zimmerman remained his "best bud" for the rest of his life and he loved her dearly. Some people find love, joy, and happiness early in their life and some people never do. Love, joy, and happiness was exactly what Billy Bell brought to Laura when they found each other. Billy filled Laura's longing for a great guy who would love her, accept her, and completely adored her. They sparkled, laughed, and planned on growing old together. When Billy married Laura, little did he know what a large family he inherited. Children, in-law children, grandchildren, plus, the stragglers who loved Laura and considered themselves part of the family. Billy accepted every one of them and attended more birthday parties, holiday parties and just ole family get-togethers than he'd ever thought he signed up for. Billy was a happy addition to Laura's family and all of them grew to respect and enjoy him. In fact, Laura and Billy were planning their own "BIG SHOOTOUT/COOKOUT" for all their friends and family to meet and get together. It's not the amount of time you love someone, it's the amount of love you have with someone.
